HDPE Corrugated Pipe joints shall be socketed with elastic sealing rubber ring connection. The rubber ring interface shall comply with the following regulations:
1. Before installing the interface, first check whether the rubber ring is in good condition, confirm the placement position of the rubber ring and the insertion depth of the socket.
2. When the interface is installed, first clean the inner wall of the socket, apply lubricant to the inner wall of the socket and the rubber ring of the socket, then align the central axis of the end surface of the socket.
3. The interface method should be carried out according to the following procedure: DN400 and below pipes, one person first uses a cotton gauze to hang the socket of the pipe to be installed, the other person uses a long crowbar to obliquely insert the foundation and abut the center of the end of the pipe. The transverse baffle, then forcefully insert the pipe into the socket of the HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe to be installed to the predetermined position.
