The HDPE Dredging Pipe should be serpentinely laid in the trench, with a slight curvature, leaving a telescopic allowance, and when installing the PE pipe, there should be no telescopic device or a double-disc short pipe instead of the retractor. When the HDPE Dredging Pipe butt and the town pier are made, the two sides should be simultaneously poured with concrete once. The underlying foundation of the HDPE Dredging Pipe must be a fine sand cushion and not less than 100 mm. After the HDPE Dredging Pipe is installed, the backfilling work of 500mm on both sides and the top of the pipe must be backfilled and compacted, and the backfilling compaction coefficient is not less than 95%.
When installing HDPE Dredging Pipe in hot weather, it should be constructed as far as possible from night to early morning. Because the atmospheric temperature is low, the pipe is properly shrunk, the backfill and the final interface meet, and must be layered and compacted. Prevent large internal stresses after the pipe expands and contracts.
